Jim,
Not bad. You're coming along but still have a ways to go. Some inconsistancies in places were spotted and you seemed to be take the mistakes less seriously than I would have liked. Remember: focus, Foucus, FOCUS! How many goddamn times do I have to tell you.
Stage performance needs work too, as does eye contact with the audience. Perhaps a heavier stick would have helped too, as well as a little bit more open tuining on the left tom.

I'm not sure how much longer you wish to remain in this band's employ, but "the party is over my friend!"
Still, an acceptable performance at this stage of the game. Improvement is needed immediately by you.
Your grade: C+
